چکیده
The purpose of this research is to examine the influential attributes employees’ attitudes and intentions stay in domain human resources management a low-cost carrier business. Using justice theory as theoretical underpinning, financial compensation, nonfinancial coworker relationships, procedural fairness were derived. explained attitude intention stay. This study used survey collected data on 233 employees carriers participants. To test hypotheses, employed structural equation modeling. results showed that was positively impacted by fairness. also revealed positive effect relationships sheds light literature ensuring explanatory power area
